While link positioning on your page is your choice, only sites that consistently make the Top 50 referrers will be permitted to participate in all the traffic programs. As long as you maintain a link back, you will always be able to participate in the Bloopers Gallery and the Art Gallery.

Five Star Amateurs and the random loading film strip (not yet implemented) are reserved for sites that consistently send the most traffic and participate in ALL the other programs!
